You must fill out our Pre-placement form first.
This is how we get to know something about you
and what your looking for etc. Just
download the form to your hard drive and
e-mail us your filled out form or send it to the address
provided on the form. Also note that all homes
for our equines must be within 2 to 3 hours
of Tender Mercy Equine Rescue.
